 | The official spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education And Scientific Rsearch Dr. Haider Jabur Al-Aboudi said that His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, agreed on activating the electronic application form for amending the students nominations at the academic year 2014/2015 at the Universities of Kirkuk, Diyala and the College of Education in Tarmiyah – Al-Iraqiyah University, similar to students admitted to universities (Nineveh, Anbar, Salah Al-Din). |
