President of the university Prof.Dr. Ali Al-shammari has received the president of Kufa University Prof.Dr.Aqeel Abid Yaseen and a number of guests where certain issues concerned with the relations between the  two universities have been discussed for the purpose of scientific progress.

      President of the  university has amply explained the situation of teaching of Jabir ibn hayyan medical university and the its needs for teaching staff.as well as, raising the issue of housing the students  in dormitories mutually between the two universities.  

      From his side, president of Kufa University has confirmed that he will support the faculty of medicine with the required teaching staff.
