Faculty of Medicine organizes workshop about the latest findings in the field of plastinated cadavers

 Faculty of Medicine at Jabir ibn Hayyan Medical University has organized workshop about the latest findings in the field of plastinated cadavers.

The workshop has been attended by vice-chancellor for administrative affairs Prof.Dr.Mohammed Baqer Fakherldeen , the dean of Faculty of Medicine assist.Prof.Dr.Adel Sahib Al-Mayaly , the exclusive agent of Von Hagens plastination in German, and representatives from  the Universities of Baghdad ,Thi-Qar, Al-Qadisiyah , Ibnsina University of medical and pharmaceutical sciences , in addition to the faculty teaching staff.

The workshop has been initiated by a speech for vice-chancellor for administrative affairs Prof.Dr.Mohammed Baqer Fakherldeen in which he shed the light upon about the latest findings and development in the field of palatinated cadavers, conforming the importance of fulfilling the scientific requirement that contribute in  guiding the academic process.

The dean of Faculty of Medicine has talked about the stages of supplying the palatinated cadavers in the Faculty.

Furthermore, the exclusive agent of Von Hagens plastination in German Mr. Emad Suker has given an idea about the origin of the plastinated cadavers, the raw material that included in producing them and the methods of keeping them  save.
